Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
A After your PNA Bank checking account has been established, you will receive PNA Bank's routing and transit number (often called the bank's ABA number). You will also receive your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the payroll department at your company and request direct deposit of your payroll check. Your employer may ask for one of your voided PNA Bank checks since PNA Bank's ABA number and your account number appear at the bottom of your checks.
 
Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my Social Security check?
A After your PNA Bank checking account has been established, you will receive PNA Bank's routing and transit number (often called the bank's ABA number). You will also receive your account number. Simply call 1-800-772-1213 and have your social security number and the account information available. The representative will set up your direct deposit right over the phone.
 
Q Can I get information about my account by phone?
A Yes. Bank by phone 24 hours a day by calling our Toll- Free Voice Response Unit at 1-888-465-8445.
 
Q Can I open a business account at PNA Bank?
A Yes. PNA Bank offers its Commercial Checking account and, for businesses with fewer transactions, our Small Business Checking account. Please Contact Us and speak to one our personal bankers for details regarding our commercial checking accounts. At this time, PNA Bank does not open commercial checking accounts via the internet.
 
Q Are there any fees associated with accounts at PNA Bank?
A The PNA Bank Checking Account has no monthly fees or minimum balance requirements and comes with a no annual fee ATM card and unlimited free checks.
 
Q Does PNA Bank offer Individual Retirement Account (IRAs)?
A Yes. PNA Bank offers all the IRAs currently permitted by federal tax law. See Individual Retirement Accounts under Products & Services for more details.
 
Q Can I do all my banking with PNA Bank?
A Yes. Using the convenience of Direct Deposit, ATM machines and Bank-by-Mail most consumers can perform all their banking needs at PNA Bank, even if they don't live near the Bank. Contact Us for more information about meeting all your banking needs.
 
Q Can I wire transfer money from my PNA Bank checking account?
A Yes. Funds can be transferred to and from your PNA Bank accounts by wire transfer. A wire transfer can be initiated the day of your request for a fee of $15. Funds can also be deposited or withdrawn from your PNA Bank account via an ACH transfer. An ACH transfer may take up to two business days to initiate, but can be done without a fee.
 
Q Do I earn interest on my PNA Bank Checking Account or NOW Account?
A Competitive rate of interest are paid on funds held in your PNA Bank NOW Account or Senior NOW Account. Interest is not paid on funds held in your Checking Account. See Products & Services for more details.
 
Q How do I make a deposit to my account from a remote location?
A There are several ways to make deposits to your PNA Bank account from remote locations. The most convenient way is to use direct deposit for your payroll or Social Security check. You may also make a currency or check deposit at many ATM machines displaying a network logo in which PNA Bank belongs. Nearly all ATMs located in the USA, and many overseas locations, participate in networks to which PNA Bank belongs. Of course, you may also mail your check deposit to PNA Bank. Q How can I withdraw currency from my PNA Bank account from a remote location?
A You may withdraw currency from any ATM machine displaying a network logo in which PNA Bank belongs. Nearly all ATMs located in the USA, and many overseas locations, participate in networks to which PNA Bank belongs.
